Nobody talks about this part of owning a service business.
- Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States
You built your business to create freedom.
So why does it feel like you can never step away?
If you're self-employed and in your 50s with no employees, you know the feeling. The phone keeps ringing, the work never stops, and if you take a week off, the income stops too.
You want more time with your family. More freedom. Maybe even the ability to take a vacation without worrying about what's happening back at work.
But your schedule is already full. Taking on more customers isn't the answer.
You see, I own a swimming pool service business servicing 35 pools a week, all by myself!
So I was looking for a way to supplement my income so I could be home more, ROAD schooling our son.
That's why I started learning digital marketing.
It gave me a way to build an additional income stream online without adding more service calls, more driving, or more hours to my day.
If you're looking for another option and would like to see what's working for me, I put together a free blueprint that explains the process.
