Manual Top Discharge Centrifugein its 6-inch Pilot and Kilo Lab Model is designed specifically for small-scale testing and development before scaling up to larger production sizes. Shiv Shakkti Process Equipment Pvt. Ltd., incepted in 1979, manufactures centrifuges, Nutsche filters, vacuum dryers and reactors for pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food processing. The range spans 6 to 60 inch diameter, from the SS-12 with a 305 mm basket at 2000 rpm to the SS-60 with a 1524 mm basket and 500 kgmaximum basket load. Built in SS304 or SS316L, it delivers solid-liquid separation for batch processing.
Choose partial lid, full lid or full body opening to suit your cleaning routine, and add optional nitrogen blanketing, vibration limiter or CIP. Options include Hastelloy and Titanium, with CE, cGMP and ATEX standards.
