Product Description

★ SOM series are single-stage double-suction centrifugal pumps of split  case type.The pump adopts a linear design with reinforcing ribs,which makes the pump structure more reasonable,  beautiful in appearance and stable in installation.The short bearing distance improves the rigidity of the shaft.ensuring the unit runs smoothly,with little vibration and low  noise.The design of fully sealed pump shaft prevents the pump shaft from contacting with the conveying medium,thereby ensuring that the pump shaft is not rusted,easy to disassemble and assembled,and has a long service life.

★ It is suitable for conveying clear water without solid particles or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. ★ The SOM range is available in 615 sizes with flow rates of 74-23,500m³/h, heads of 7-306m and bores up to 1600mm.

★ Part of the bearing body adopts a split structure.Open the pump cover and the upper cover of the bearing body.and the whole rotor can be taken out.which is easy to adjust and maintain.

★ There are two kinds of shaft seal structures:mechanical seal and packing seal,and special sealing methods can also be used according  to user needs.

★ The frame plate and cover plate are made of resin sand.which ensures the precise shape of the casting and the size of the flow channel.smooth surface,and improves the hydraulic efficiency.

★ The pump adopts an excellent hydraulic model and adopts OFD optimization design. which improves the hydraulic efficiency of the pump and improves the cavitation performance of the pump.

★ The finite element method is used for strength calculation,which makes the operation of the pump more reliable and durable,and  prolongs the service life of the pump.
★ The bearings of some products have water cooling structure.which can be used under high temperature conditions.
★ The surface of the shaft sleeve can be treated with a special process,and the stainless steel shaft sleeve can also be used,which can prevent rust and greatly prolong the service life of the mechanical  seal.

Structure Description

The suction port and discharge port of the SOM pump are below the  axis of the pump,and all parts can be dismantled by lifting the pump   cover during maintenance without moving the motor and pipeline.
