Responsibilities:
Reach out to candidates through online channels
Share details about available opportunities
Keep records of outreach and candidate responses
Support recruits during the application process
Requirements:
Ages 18+
Strong computer literacy and time management
Friendly, professional, and reliable
No prior recruiting experience required (training provided)
Compensation:
$300 per successful candidate recruited
15% ongoing commissions after 10+ recruits
Flexible hours – set your own schedule
