Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and sales with a focus on connecting with leads and driving product closures. Experience in the study abroad field is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Connect with provided leads and associates to drive closures on relevant products.
Customer Service: Address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person who can assist.
Information Gathering: Collect accurate information from inquiries and offer relevant product pitches.
Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track the progress of existing leads and maintain detailed records.
Marketing Input: Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Promotional Activities: Participate in and organise seminars and presentations at colleges/universities.
Experience Requirements: Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales is essential. Prior experience in the study abroad sector is advantageous.
Desired Skills:
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies.
Ability to effectively manage and track leads.
Experience in engaging in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
