Phone Support. I am a British mum of four amazing kids, including a set of twins. After a long and challenging fertility journey, motherhood did not come naturally; and it was during these hazy newborn days, that I really had to dig deep and figure out how to find meaning through the chaos. I wanted to be the best mum I could be, but at the same time I wanted my life to function; I wanted to carry on living!

I realised that the only way to achieve this with a full-time job and a big family of young children, was to instil solid routines with a big focus on sleep. These have been fundamental to ensuring a happy, functioning household.

Over the last fifteen years I have worked with a range of children and their families and I have experienced the adverse effects of sleep deprivation on child growth and brain development. I have also witnessed the emotional strain that it puts on families.

My background in education, as well as my own motherhood journey, was what inspired me to support parents in the challenges of baby and toddler sleep.

We parents often feel guilty that we want our children to have uninterrupted sleep. We feel somehow sleepless nights are part of being a parent. But adequate sleep has now proven to be one of the most fundamental pillars of health and wellbeing; for babies, children and adults alike.

We don’t need to prove our worth through sleep deprivation. We are better parents to our children when we get the sleep that our bodies need, and we know that children who sleep well are healthier and happier.

I am passionate in making sure that you and your children get the sleep that you need, and as a result, live well.
